This should still have a scroll wheel on the top. I have two scroll wheels on my mouse (1 on the left for my thumb and the standard spot on top) and I use them all the time now. You can do things like being able to scroll and adjust volume (Unless you prefer keyboard). Though it just opens up tons more options.
