Why GM hasn’t shoved the Volt or Malibu Hybrid drivetrain (or some derivative of) in an Equinox or Traverse is mind boggling. The tax credit alone would make those vehicles worth it.

I don’t think it works that way. You sell what the consumer is buying.

I can order whatever I want but the customer determines what I sell. If it was simply up to me I would stock performance cars like crazy but that’s not what sells in our market. The hottest sellers are SUV’s and trucks.

Some people like full-sized trucks. There’s nothing wrong with that.
