Also, "Air Force One" isn't a singular plane. It's simply the call sign for the plane that the President happens to be on. At any time there are multiple planes with the POTUS livery.

Little league has a similar rule, 10 runs after 3 innings. Unfortunately, one of the teams I played on gave up 23 runs on 2 outs one game.
