Assuming the D3200 is a D3100 replacement, I dont really see a need for that many MP in an entry level camera. That said, its hasnt lost any sensitivity, and the only other major downside i can see to the MP boost is the increase in filesize.

Yeah, I agree with you completely. I have a D40 and the lack of an AF motor helps cut down on the size and weight quite a bit. It'd be weird if i has one, and its not like it'd be missing much, with so many AF-S lenses out nowadays.

Where does it say there will be an AF motor in-body? If it is, I'd be very surprised, since Nikon hasn't put an AF motor in any of their entry level bodies.

I think you mean that the max ISO has doubled from 3200 to 6400, not that the ISO range has doubled. Going from 3200 to 6400 only gives one extra stop of light.
