indeed, it seems a lot of developers and such forgo even their own companies forums and discussion boards in order to reply on reddit instead.

There have been a lot of valid points brought up about content ownership, etc. I’d also like to point out that many modders out there use student/free software (or pirated) which license does not allow them commercialize their products. Not to mention that the plethora of mods using stolen fonts, textures, 3D models…
