One thing I noticed on the site that urks me a little, is that it doesn’t come with an AC adapter to run the thing.

I would guess that Nintendo is looking for multiple simultaneous instances of a game running and using that as the flag for the pirated games. If each cartridge or digital copy of a game is supposed to have a unique ID that would rightfully raise some red flags in their systems.

I hope that Nintendo doesn’t get any false positives from used Switch games, considering they sell so many units and people do sell them.
