We seat 33 fully loaded in seats. So 50 is well with our numbers if fully capable troops. It’s been such a long time side I’ve talked to anyone about it. No one really complains about their airframe openly, at least the crews don’t. I do remember them complaining about that. When I was in them it didn’t seem like much

It’s a terrifying concept. I remember talking to the Marines about all the requirements for the change over and their capabilities. The only things they have on a 47 was range and speed, in airplane mode. They were very small inside and didn’t have a very useful payload.

Just south of Seattle they have the Boeing museum of flight. They have one of the old presidential planes. What an experience it is to walk through them and just know the history that went on there.

Thank you!

Who doesn't!?

Wouldn’t have it any other way!

Right!? And this thing was designed 60 years ago. That’s a measure in intensity. I have plenty of math to do just to make sure we don’t exceed CG limitations or load limitations, so we can avoid aircraft damage.

Haha. Nice moves. 47 drivers are different, generally more awesome ;)

You can’t beat first hand experience. The support means the world to us! Thank you.

I appreciate the support! We all do. It means a lot to us.

That’s a curse word in aviation. Haha. That terrible H word. But seriously, phrasing.

Haha. I almost got to do both in a 6 week period. But they managed to replace all the blades on the apache and limp it home, before we got to sling it out.

Haha. I love Archer. I’ll keep hooking, love it too much to quit.

Yeah, I’ve done it more than a few times. Gotta do what you gotta do to make mission happen. Just got to make sure they are strapped to the floor.

They blow my mind. For something so loud and so big, it’s usually very hard to find them in the sky.

Thank you for your support. It means a lot to everyone.

It impresses me in a different way every day.

I’ve rode in Blackhawks, C130s, C17, C5s, C12s, and I still wouldn’t trade my magic hydraulic school bus for any of them! I’ve only gotten to see the skycrane. I wish I could’ve been around for those days.

Haha, nothing wrong with hooking in you’re free time.

I can mostly still hear. We are the loudest helicopter around. But over 1200 hours of them have me a little more deaf then when I started. Double hearing protection at all times!
