I noticed that on Crosstrek. Reversed out of the drive way and there is always this lull or pause before the drive engages. It is a weird feeling and I’m wondering if other people have the same opinion?

This happened to me on a Philippines Airlines flight from Paris to Bangkok (with a scheduled three hour stop in Calcutta) in the mid-eighties. Everything was fine for the first leg of the trip, but Calcutta to Bangkok was a complete shock to the system.

I would like a to see my phone on the console screen - say for navigation or making a phone call. Fumbling around with my phone while driving can be a bit unsafe while driving. I think this could be done simply for all smartphones.
