They could do this now, without NFT’s, and they don’t. Why would this change? They don’t prevent you from reselling your digital purchases or DLC’s because “the technology doesn’t exist” they don’t let you do it because they wouldn’t make any money on it. Even if they let you resell it and took a cut, it would be less

I haven’t seen this happen either, and I almost always sit at the counter and watch the food being prepped (I find it oddly fascinating).

No, it’s actually stupider than that. Elon has described the body as “load-bearing,” with no underlying structure like a traditional unibody. Needless to say, it’s the most ridiculous and far-fetched of all the features announced for this monstrosity.

WAY more complicated than necessary... especially when these exist:

The fact that it exists…

You’re 100% right that restaurants COULD have just jacked the prices, and it would have been the same thing for the end bill.

The female characters on Roseanne were way more complex and interesting than most of Whedon’s female characters. They weren’t punished for having sex and their romantic relationships were way healthier than anything in the Buffyverse. I’m guessing this speaks to him having less of an influence on Roseanne.

Now playing

I think a big part of that is a common problem in Hollywood and other media: people often take the wrong lessons from why something is successful. They see, “Hey, people are loving this cute, waifish woman who can totally kick ass. Clearly that’s what they want more of.” And then comes the diminishing returns as

On the intro to Fray, he went on about how Kitty Pryde was his favorite character and he wanted more characters like her. Which, cool! But then he went on about her body and how he wasn’t into the usual buxom superheroine types. And I realized, at the time, that he somehow believed being attracted to slimmer,

Around the time I was watching Buffy in the late ‘90s I also started watching Blake’s 7. While that show had its own share of issues with writing for women, the first season with Cally and Jenna was such a breath of fresh air in just seeing these women who got to fight and go on missions, and then sometimes we’d see

Important point -- they didn’t “almost poison” somebody, they _did_ poison somebody! Customer drank the poison, was injured. No “almost” here!

I think it’s evidence of just how garbage women’s roles in media were for a long time that people fell all over themselves for his female characters. Only hire male showrunners - > get garbage female characters. And then drop dead with thankfulness when female characters are only sort of problematic.

also important to remember that whedon is the grandchild and son of tv writers, so he was handed all this shit. cushy office gig at roseanne immediately, failed upwards his whole career.

It could be Apple being poorly run and badly administered, applying the wrong rules to the game because anti-coronavirus missinformation.

I mean it was pointed out multiple times in previous articles that they aren’t experienced with appraising Pokémon cards so it’s not surprising that all they did was check whether they were sealed properly or not. Really they should have just refused to look at them if they weren’t confident in their ability to

Yeah but real card collectors can tell almost immediately if the seal has been tampered with. The fact that half the Pokemon community could tell immediately that this was fraudulent means those BCE guys don’t know how to do their jobs properly.

This is almost certainly the explanation. The props department frankensteined a bottle they liked with a cap that would give a better squirt.

Ye’, Scotland is a wide an open land, far less populated than England and has vast areas for game to roam.

Wait actual question though, why in the world would anybody named Indiana Black choose to go by ‘Froskurinn’ when she could instead go by ‘Indiana Black’?
