I know you don’t understand this, but it is possible to blame the individual, and understand that his access to a “piece of metal” designed with the specific purpose to kill made this situation far worse than it would have been without it.

Anytime anyone steals anything, they didn’t really have the intent to buy it. Otherwise, they wouldn’t have stolen it. It doesn’t change the fact that they are stealing.
