I prefer to believe that it's simply an alternate reality where the science of that reality makes it possible for these things to happen. lol

I wish more people would default to this response, instead of assuming she's pulling some kind of publicity stunt.
So, what exactly were you expecting from a video game news website?
Not long ago, it was nice enough just to find the Moto 360 in stock. Today, it has a $30 discount. [Moto 360, $220]
This is hardly a successor. The DSi had some exclusive retail titles that couldn't be played on the older DS models—there were five DSi exclusive game cards...not digital DSi Ware games...game cards. The New 3DS is no different. So far, there is only one exclusive game to the platform.
If Nintendo were launching a new…
Exactly. I don't know why they didn't go for the same kind of naming convention for the New 3DS as they did with the DSi. Maybe they could have done what Microsoft did with the different models of the Xbox 360 (i.e. 360, 360 S, 360 E).
I can see people understanding the difference between the 3DS and a 3DSi.
I'm just hoping that no one who actually keeps up with video games thinks this is the 3DS's successor. The New 3DS isn't what the 3DS was to the DS. The New 3DS is just another model of 3DS. It's what the DSi was to the DS.
Yeah, I want the New 3DS, but I'm not sure how quickly I'll adopt one, if my only option is the XL.
People don't actually think the New 3DS is actually their new handheld, right? Do they understand that it's a different version of the same system? The same way that the DS, DS Lite, and DSi were the same system? If people actually think this is the 3DS's successor, I'm going to start doubting the world's average IQ.
I am optimistic, because I went into two shows (OITNB and HoC) thinking that I wouldn't like them. I thought a Netflix exclusive TV show couldn't possibly be any good. I've enjoyed both series so far, and I'm looking forward to the coming seasons.
While I do think they have to be careful, I also think that Netflix is…
My biggest problem with smartphone games isn't the controls—although that is also a factor in why I don't enjoy smartphone games—it's the battery life. When I got my original Droid, I got pretty into smartphone games. They were simple, fun, and easy to put down when I needed to do something important. However, it…
That was the best halftime show I've ever seen.
Really? The oldest, clichéd Microsoft joke in the book. Lame.
I'm trying to finally finish Fire Emblem: Awakening on Hard without losing any characters. I'm currently on Chapter 11, and I haven't lost anyone. There is a lot of restarting and tweaking my strategy, though.
I'm pretty excited for this system. I am a little disappointed with not being able to get a standard-size New 3DS, because I really wanted the faceplate options, but what can you do? The biggest thing for me is the super-stable 3D. There are a few games that I haven't finished on my 3DS that I would love to give…
I think it's more a coding issue with the existing emulator that they're wanting to use than it is with the hardware itself. Which means that they aren't trying to figure out another way to emulate it, but it's also understandable that you don't want to have to build an emulator from the ground up for one group of…
The reason they haven't put GBA games on 3DS, aside from the ambassador program, is because they want to bring each game out with the features of the other, newer VC releases. Save states, starting from the same spot when you closed the game on, etc. The GBA ambassador games also run on DS mode, which is another thing…
I'm a Cowboys fan living in Dallas. That's fucked up. The kid won, then didn't win and was still promised the game. I'm going to spread this around and harass the crap out of the people who held that contest. Sports rivalries should never translate into doing bad things in the real-world outside of the sport itself.…
This is why GTA Screwston has to happen.
That's part of the reason why I think it'd be such a great fit. It's a grungy, dirty city with lots of crime.
I agree with you otherwise. I moved to Dallas from the area two years ago, and I've never regretted it.
