For what it was, XBAND was awesome, it online gaming when online gaming hardly existed. I loved it, playing Mario Kart online, sure it took like 10-20 minutes sometimes to get a match up but when you did it was awesome. Some of my best online gaming memories were had on XBAND for the SNES
