Another military shooter. Yawn.
Another military shooter. Yawn.
Discovered this on the Lost in Translation album back in the day. One of the best, and most effective, soundtracks of all time in my opinion.
I’m confused. What gives him the ability to jump up on top of the walls that the other players don’t have? Why don’t they jump out?
Faneuil Hall is fine as long as you know what you are getting into. There are worse tourist traps in Boston, like the Cheers. It isn’t even the actual bar and doesn’t look like the tv show set inside either (they used shots of the outside of the bar, but that’s it). Yet people still flock to it for overpriced pub…
If you are a Daniel Bruhl fan, check out “Goodbye, Lenin!” It’s a really great movie.
“Dad mode” is a real thing for me.
For the first time it has given me any reason to find collectibles in open world games. The PS4 Spiderman game is a good one for this. You can swing around the city picking up backpacks and taking pictures without stressing out the kiddos. My 4 year old daughter isn’t half bad at…
Yes and no. According to Rottentomatoes only the first season had medicocre reviews (https://www.rottentomatoes.com/tv/superstore), the other ones have had great reviews... from the few critics who have bothered to review them. Seems like no one is interested.
It’s a shame, because it is a show that has only gotten…
Yeah. Which says a lot really. He was the best villain of the game, I can’t even remember the name of the main bad guy, but he was much less interesting.
Time to start that same ole conversation with myself about great artists who are shitty people. Do I throw away my Michael Jackson and Ryan Adams cds? Do I stop enjoying Wagner? Should I burn my Charles Dickens and Ted Hughes? I guess my consolation is that the shitty person will die someday, but the good art they…
My initial reaction to this article was to be a little defensive. After all, from a merely technical standpoint, Fallon nails his impression of Chris Rock. If someone had just played the audio of that clip, I wouldn’t have even questioned whether that was the actual person. To me the impression seemed VERY person-speci…
Mickey and Lou are thankfully not as crass as Far Cry 3’s villain Vaas Montenegro
Have any of you had any experience playing these kinds of isometric RPGs on consoles? Having only played them on PC, the gameplay feels so mouse/keyboard centric that it is hard for me to imagine using a gamepad. Does it work?
Where is the wallrunning? I see no wall running. Looks alright otherwise.
Not much of a thyme saver though.
My only quibble with this article is when you call the superbowl a glorified rugby match. I feel like if it had been a rugby match I might have given it a chance.
This is so true. I live in Boston and have enjoyed empty quiet restaurants and movie theaters during the superbowl for several years now.
Never played one of these games. Can’t handle the tension of horror games...
But one thing that strikes me from this video is how few enemies there actually are in this game compared to most games I’ve played. Really not many. Especially for the zombie genre.
No Ethan Hawke for best actor? I call BS.
Linklater outside of his comfort zone? Does he even have a comfort zone? Sure, he may go down in history for his “walkie talkie” type films (Before Sunset series, Waking Life, Boyhood, etc), but let me remind you that he is equally comfortable doing all sorts of movies: School of Rock, Me and Orson Welles, Bernie, A…
