Considering she has the strongest weapon in the game, not counting Barret and Cloud, which she has zero penalties, you're absolutely dead wrong. She has a variety of useful limit breaks, and has good stats among a game where any character can do anything. So no, not useless at all. Learn the game.

The only character who would make normal damage on morphing enemys is hardly useless. You could use her to stock up on stats increasing items with her in a breeze

She was my Emerald Weapon killing character. Conformer always did 9999 damage (no matter her level) paired with multiple attacks and counters. She gave KOTR a run for its money in damage dealt.
