I just did as well. While I missed my value by a few ground, I refinanced down to a 20 yr loan. My pmi dropped from $175 to $30/month. That savings pretty much negated the increase in monthly payment and dropped 6.5 years off my mortgage. Will pay a little more for a year but will save close to $80k over 20 years.

Minor purchases this month, so not a lot a room, however I did make heavy use of Amazon’s customer service call center and had 4-5 items credited for price reductions after they dropped in price. I agree that the battle could have turned out differently, however she still should have disclosed what she did. Now Littlefinger’s forces outnumber Jon’s and he is know for turning on people, Stark’s in particular.
