@Syntaxlies: Let me take off my Rose glasses over hear. I have played that game at least 6 times through. I loved it as a kid and recently replayed it on my PSP. It didnt live up to my expectations, however that did not stop me from falling in love with it all over again.

I have a similar issue on my PSP. My X square and O all have ridges in them with indents. Of course i attribute that to being my fingerprint indents from playing GOW and Patapons.

@NinjaMarion: I took that as her saying that it was terrible that your parents put you up for adoption. You ever think of that? You are getting yourself upset over nothing...

Am i the only one hoping that they have a fat harley costume that you can put a guy or girl into? I think it would be a funny take on a historical sexy character.

Spartacus or a snickers commercial from several years back.

you lost me at expensive and Mac. This is a back of the napkin style research request and something i will most likely need to do myself with no budget after hours. glad to hear that the program is worth the cost, but for two 5 second clips, it is probably outside my capabilities and needs.

I take it that AE is a paid/subscription service? Any open source alternatives out there to do something on the cheap or possible contract the work out?

Way over my head. I am an environmental engineer and my knowledge of computer graphics design is limited to photoshop contests (using GiMP). We have 2 companies that would need 2 splash screens for them. I dont see much if any money allocated to this, however it seems simple enough that contracting a computer graphics

If i may ask, what program did Kotaku use to animate their logo splash screen on the end of the videos they are posting? My company is looking into doing something similar and I am trying to get some ideas. Thanks.

sounds good.

Eastern Time Zone. go ahead and add me. I dont know if i can play tonight. Gonna be a long day at work.

The problem was, there was no way to prove the data connection losses were caused by the modem. I dont think the customer is always right applies to all business models anymore...

@Mythos: Pretty smart marketing ploy. Give away the first one (which is totally awesome) a few weeks before the sequel comes out. I am all for it as inFamous was really one of my favorite games this gen.

Comcast old modem could not sustain data transfers. Meaning, every online game i tried kicked me off. Very frsutrating to the point where i quit playing online. Several calls to customer service and they couldnt find anything wrong on their end (packets would still arrive and send, just not clearly enough for gaming).

I am looking for someone to play Portal 2 online with however i have been hit with several dropped games and only one game made it into multiple levels.

umm... It is really addictive, as always but it is definitely a complicated structure... Worth it though in my opinion.

Patapon 3 is really annoying my fiancee. She loved the first 2 however the changes in the third one are more my style than hers. She doesnt want to level the healing mage in order to get a cross discipline ability her archer can use to help beat a tough boss... Right up my alley, not so much for her... It is a shame,

@Chattur'gha: In the beginning, Altair was also very brash and cocky. He was stripped of his coolness and had to learn the honor of being an assassin again before he was a badass. It seems to be a learning evolution for all assassins to go through.
