My wife and i had a 96, 3 cyl 5 spd.... i disagree. It was a fun little car if well maintained. It’s in the back waiting for its new motor... building up a G13b for it. Hoping for a meager 100-120 hp, which will be hilarious in that little guy.

It’s just too much. You can get a dead one and drop in a new crate motor for that cost. (i’m on my 4th c/k truck... second with a new motor) Granted mines in worse shape... but 16k is about 10k too much.

17 would never be okay. Everything’s fine between consenting adults, but.... 17 not so much.

I’ve had two rangers, 86 v6 4wd, 87 4cyl 4wd, both were great and did 90% of what most people need a truck for. Great trucks.

In HS I did a 72 hr stretch with some friends on a bet... eventually everything had trails... LOL

For a while now I’ve done something like this first time out after a paycheck. Then it’s easier to absorb and feels good.

This is the correct answer. No fucks given here... I do what makes me happy, with little regard to how cringy others might think it is. Very liberating, and i recommend it highly.
