As others have said... this is ugly and you have to plug in every time.

I think both responses are appropriate. Two different approaches, but both show purpose and intent.

I gave my 87 away last year, still miss that little guy. I replaced the coil with a performance coil, did custom length plug wires, good NGK plugs, unplugged the knock sensor, and then it was actually drivable. LOL. If i kept it much longer, i had a ‘94 2.3 roller cam for it too.

My only regret is that i have but one star to give you.
