My 1988 Dodge Ram 50's owners manual laid out the maximum speed in each gear, which was sort of useful, as it had no tach.

That's why I changed the belt on my Odyssey at 102k. Using the ol' bean, I am!
I'm not arguing with you, 'cause honestly, for the money I'd rather have the 911, too.
Powerglide or Ford-o-Matic?
Whoops. My BIL just bought a 2009, so that 'uns power figures are on my mind.
If you really want a 911, you aren't cross-shopping a GT500.
5th: I wondered when Xler was going to deliver another version of the Pentastar. Now, when are we getting the rumored direct-injection biturbo version?
I suggested it, but alas, not crazy enough for Patty.
Christ on a muhhfuggin' cracker, Biscuit Tits. Can you not use second gear and the midrange torque of the pressurized 2.5 to not hang it on the rev limiter constantly? I love the sound of a deep-breathing straight-six as much as anyone, but that constant chatter as fuel/spark is repeatedly cut is just cringe-inducing.
Only barely digital, as you had to insert a plastic map to make it work, but props to Honda for offering one of the first in-car nav systems. Accord[ing] to the website from which I borrowed this image, it dates back to 1981!
Not necessary. That era came with the top removable up to the windshield from the factory.
Perhaps if he had bothered to have her naughty bits refurbed instead of just the boob job and face lift, she'd be work sticking your [money] in, but with that undercarriage, she won't ride nearly as good as she looks.
Congrats on the tag team COTD!
Interesting. I've never lived near enough to a pull-a-part to make use of one, so I was not aware of this. I guess I figured most junkyard cars, especially rare ones, have already been picked clean of half of their usable parts, and only when they're completely gone over is the skeleton sent to a metal recycler.
See that image? I'd say it was hooned directly into a tree/telephone pole.
So... never?
I think this question might have precluded junkyard finds, more geared toward drivable/repairable cars.
Gotta remember that these questions are US-centric. Since that generation Skyline was never available in the US, we don't count it.
You certainly did.
