Obviously we have yet to hear back fromTesla on this specific incident but has anyone considered the fact that the Auto-pilot may have performed the exact same action if the driver didn’t react? Also, do we know which version of Auto-pilot this Model S is equipped with? Depending on the model year and options package

Fantastic article and thank you for writing it. Something I’ve tried to look up a number of times but never found an answer was why the instrument cluster in virtually all cars maybe like 90% or more is behind the steering wheel and center mounted toward the windshield. I am a 3rd Generation Prius owner and actually

Almost as satisfying as biting is smashing a TMNT action figure through the vinyl vent on your mom’s 1985 Nissan Sentra because it’s not the one you asked for. You asked for the real feel movie action figures and she goes and gets you the ones that go back into their shells!

Nearly as satisfying as biting, bashing your TMNT action figure through the vinyl vent on your mom’s 1985 Nissan Sentra because it’s not at all what you asked for. K-car had warn tires. Mom and dad buy new tires as Christmas gift. On the way to get new tires put on and off the road I go. Mother driving ahead of me did not see. A half hour later she realized I wasn’t behind her. Drives back to see me sitting in the back of a police car waiting for her. K-car towed out of ditch.

I’ve always found air vents to be the ugliest parts of car interiors. They are rarely ever designed to look good or match the overall look of the cars design elements. I’m really hoping this source is correct as I love the clean simple dashboard.

Or... They could just go electric 😉

This was done for two main reasons. Weight and cost savings. It really is that simple. Remember, Tesla is not trying to make a baby Model S, they are doing all they can to produce an affordable entry level luxury electric.

Can’t wait for my Model III
