This is correct. As a former photographer who almost exclusively shot at 18mm (and when not at 18, mostly 18-24mm) and taught photoshop for a brief period, this is most definatly not from being shot w/a wide angle lens.

Squirrel Girl would be a great way to start out a new phase.
