I still remember watching Cam romp through that Auburn-LSU game and thinking the future of football was right there on screen.  Then Ron Rivera happened.  

Cam should’ve immediately had his number retired and his bust in Canton carved out after leading that 2015 garbage looking offense with Philly Brown, Jerricho Cotchery, Ted Ginn, and the two Mikes who couldn’t pass protect worth a damn to a 15-1 and Super Bowl. Honor him at the Kennedy Center.

I remember when they went to the Super Bowl it was the year that Kelvin Benjamin was injured and I was like, “Oh man, when Benjamin’s back, it’s gonna be awesome.” Then I had to determine if Benjamin would never return to form or was just never that good. But yeah, he was supposed to be their WR1.....

It’s insane to me that in the year of our Lord 2019 we’re still having “Cam Newton is selfish” conversations. The guy has had no offensive line, no noteworthy receivers, and a platoon of overrated running backs basically ever since he came in the league, and has muscled them to numerous playoff berths and a Super Bowl.
