Yes. I am wondering this as well. Flagging and marking "Follow Up" only go so far and they eventually stack up over months - which the problem gets perpetuated if your email admin has a mailbox size limit...

Does anyone have a similar system for Outlook 2010? Unfortunately, my work email can't be routed through Gmail and I'm stuck with Outlook or the exchange server interface. I still have no idea how to actually use Outlook.
