Normally you tow a bike off one of the foot pegs. TYPICALLY the left one, because that’s where your shifter is and you don’t’ need gears when being towed. They are towing from the right peg in the video. Not sure why.

Honda, I’m sure, has all but given up on the 2015 engine. I will be shocked if they aren’t competitive next year. This season is no huge surprise really.
