We were on one of those busses from the cruise ship and noticed the same thing back in 2001. Athens is a disaster. No freeways, the streets are littered and there basically aren’t any traffic laws...

Try Cozumel next time... same region...just a couple miles apart, really... but completely different experience.

Absolutely!!... I add a can or two of Coca-Cola to that pan as well. Not only does this help keep the oven (and by extension the bird) moist as hell...it also makes for an unbelievably tasty gravy.

Don’t forget about Granite Tile countertops. If you can stomach the small grout lines (1/16”) then it makes for a GREAT alternative to having a piece of slab granite cut custom for your kitchen. We did tiles for ours and saved what amounts to about 80% off of slab and it still looks absolutely fantastic.
