This is kind of where I am at this point. I have the iPhone 5 and it suits me quite well. I’d like to have the 5s for two reasons only...1) the multi-colored flash and 2) the fingerprint reader.

Heat your oven to 200 degrees, put the steaks/etc in a covered (oven-safe) container and let it “rest” in there. It won’t apprciably cook any more, but it will keep the heat from escaping the food...

I prefer a burger to be medium-well to well done...Steak has to be rare for me... I know...I’m a crazy/insane person. For my burgers, I use the palm test to check for the firmness of the meat. Once it is good and firm, I know it’s done...especially after resting
