The problem these professional teams have is they are building huge stadiums from the ground floor rather than an organic growth (like collegiate stadiums). Agree with psotu though, if an NFL franchise cannot afford to build (or rent) its own building in which to operate its business, then it isn't a viable business.

Agreed Drew... The Judge was absolutely awful. Even worse was the editing...it made the acting look positively compelling by comparison.

So on a 5-lane freeway...a sign on the right-hand side to indicate a left-hand exit is sufficient?

Ohio people also put shit on Spaghetti and call it chili

Yes, if you like your eggs soft-scrambled. I prefer mine hard-scrambled...but I still add milk and a smidge of butter. To me, the key to great scrambled eggs is Kosher Salt. Iodized (table) salt has a "tinty" taste that pollutes the very mild flavor of the eggs.

I never stuff turkey or chicken... Just not my style.

Absolute, 100% TRUTH... never trust the popper...

I initiate seasoning with Crisco all over the top and bottom of the cast iron. Heat it in the oven...

Professionally, yes a signature is good to have because it can give "business card" type information to someone outside your organization who might not already have it. So what I do is have an "origination" email sig that I use when composing a new message, a "reply" email that is just name and office...

As a Steelers fan, I'm obligated to hate all things Pats, but come on, Brady is the best QB of all time...period...end of discussion. I don't care that he lost two Super Bowls. Dude got there...and in reality, let's be real here, he's two absolute-freaking-miracle plays away from being 6-0 all time. Two miracle

That's because you're making it from a box. You really can't get a decent Red Velvet from a box...you kind of have to make it from scratch. Warning: Red Velvet cake is RICH...you can't really eat a whole lot of it in a single sitting.
