Yes, if you like your eggs soft-scrambled. I prefer mine hard-scrambled...but I still add milk and a smidge of butter. To me, the key to great scrambled eggs is Kosher Salt. Iodized (table) salt has a "tinty" taste that pollutes the very mild flavor of the eggs.

You always have to "oil" it after washing...especially if you wash it with soap. You can use olive oil, Crisco or just cooking spray. Wash, Dry (thoroughly) then wipe it down with oil.
