I've never interacted with him but he seems incredibly liberal and therefore is probably a hypocrite who will take the classy, educated edge off of MST3K.

I hope they have less liberal co-writers/hosts to act as a foible otherwise MST3k risks becoming anodyne, formulaic and banal. Will they include trigger warnings and avoid un-PC jokes?

Repugnant and unabashed biased propaganda. If they had had a counter article about an ex-"liberal" then I would have taken it as less of a hit piece and more of an op ed.
