Just doing their job is the mantra of servicemen and women. That is why a leader needs to look out for them and recommend them for awards/medal, as otherwise they would never go looking for an award. Taking action (in a real-world situation) to save your ship is definitely medal worthy.

I find it so damned sexy to get stuck waiting through another light because some jagoff is updating facebook or sending a text. Of course, that person always manages to get through the intersection and leave the rest of us sitting there.
