actually it's more than 480 lines that makes it HD. Because it's higher definition than standard definition.

I'm very confused. Doesn't viewing anything on a computer produce this much CO2? I don't understand why videos are the culprit here because all of it requires servers and server farms to view most anything online.

At the same time, can't D.C. Sue the studio for making this movie? I am guessing that it is legal enough, but it seems weird that they are suing for copyright infringement when they are stealing a license that they are ripping off of someone else.

@TheCrudMan: it does work as jog shuttle as well as up/down in the sequence window. I have used it on my laptop and love it for FCP work. Not as precise as a mouse/trackball, but great for moving around the screen.

@psychiccheese: They compress the videos to an Mpeg 4 format which is a lot smaller than a 9GB DLDVD. It's more like 2GB per movie, and it looks pretty terrific. Is it like watching blu-ray, no, but it's better than VHS, and as good as DVD.
