Any! The amount of liquid and the amount of sodium citrate you use is dependent upon two things. 1) how runny you want it 2) how acidic/hard the cheese is. You do realize AFK started outside of the gaming community? It’s been used by many people in many ways. Just because YOU haven’t used it doesn’t mean it’s uncommon nor that it’s not universal. I think my parents have even used it.
