There are plenty of “life changing medications” that we don’t put an age label on-birth control, anti-seizure medications, insulin, and ADHD medications, just to name a few. But people only come out of the woodwork to worry about “the children” when it comes to trans kids. I wonder why that is?

One word: Gerrymandering. 

Anecdotal evidence to be sure, but I have played games with several trans and non-binary folks over the years in small board game meetups as well as conventions. In fact, at BGG.con (held in Texas no less), badge ribbons that declare one’s preferred pronouns are popular among cis, trans, and non-binary people alike.

Most trans people I know are huge nerds. But sure, keep shooting that mouth off like you know a damn thing, fella.

Puberty blockers are not “life changing medications”, and literally every study on the subject shows that allowing trans children to not go through the puberty of their birth assigned sex causes suicide rates to plummet. By not supporting puberty blockers for trans children, you are promoting their deaths.

I really wanted to like this movie. I like all of the cast. I thought Nomadland was a great movie. But Eternals was just a complete mess. There are too many characters for me to care about. Zhao’s style does not translate well to the material. The script was utter nonsense even by the lax standards of superhero films.

Definitely didn’t deserve to get shit on the way it did, the more time passes the more it settles in as a great entry in the MCU

Well it is a pan-dimensional species, it technically already exists in the MCU and is dimensionally aware. Perhaps the spell simply sent Eddie home but as the Venom symbiote was native a bit that wasnt attached to Eddie at the time didnt get sent back.
