Haha, I’ve given up hope in regards to unlocking all the time based artwork. I’ll do a 2nd run later this year, this time not worrying about 100% items. Whatever art I haven’t unlocked after that, I’ll just look up online.

Bond as an investment option.
Will you accept, “the author is making a mountain out of a molehill” then? Because the game does an excellent job telegraphing breakable blocks throughout the game. In addition to a tutorial minutes into the game, critical obstacles to destroy are marked by all kinds of clues.
I’d say that Fusion is easier, if only because of how boss fights work. There’s more of a dependence on studying each boss’ moves and figuring out how to avoid them in Dread. Not to say Fusion didn’t have that going on, just that there’s a bit more focus on specific ways to dodge each attack in Dread. But for…
I don't know why this isn't the top comment. There's no way to truly be stuck in this game by conventional means. And apparently not even in that instance.
It’s there because it’s a series staple. I can’t claim that no other Metroidvania uses this in a similar way, but none of the ones I’ve played implement hidden pathways with breakable blocks quite like Metroid does. I think Metroid fans in general DO like finding new paths. It may not be the #1 draw, but it’s…
I’ll have to remember the shinespark trick next time in my next playthrough. Hoping to try out all kinds of sequence breaks and hidden tricks. But between all the tricks needed to 100% the game and that final boss, my hands need a break!
Same here. Yesterday I was looking at one of those newsletters showing what’s currently on Prime and flipped when I saw that Blacula listed. I’m not used to seeing cult movies advertised in those emails.

Right? The whole thing is extremely shady. I don't collect PR figures, but it still concerns me because I'd hate if they started doing this for other toy lines.
Yup, GI Joe and Marvel Legends were both part of Saturday’s event. I’m excited about a few reveals from both lines, but most excited for Croc Master. He was my favorite Joe figure as a kid.
I noticed you opted not to mention the $200 NFT that people have to buy to obtain a black/gold Megazord repaint.

I’m not one, but the inaccuracy bothers me all the same. I assume the pepperonis are why Kevin looks so distressed.
I will never understand the religion excuse. Firstly, vaccines were almost certainly centuries away from being invented when all these religions were invented. Secondly, a god that doesn’t want you to be safe is not a god worth believing in.
He continued, “but we’re not here to talk about them.”
Godzilla?
I know it doesn’t fit the structure of the topic too much, but I’d add Schitt’s Creek. Seeing a formerly family adjust and improve themselves in differing ways is a nice change of pace.
As much as I’d love to see Daredevil come back, I’d be happy if all we got was Cox’s Matt Murdock.
