Kanan is not white, the showrunners said so. It’s getting creepy how many white people are keen to assert that he was in fact white and just had a tan at this point.
What makes even less sense to me than a clone army made to order is why any ‘defective’ clone wasn’t incinerated immediately upon finding said defects. The Kaminoans were tasked with a specific job, not running a cloning science fair.

Reports have Marvel sitting on Mahershala Ali as Blade, still have Jon Bernthal tapped to play Punisher, and are currently re-tooling Ghost Rider & Hellstrom for Hulu.
That scene was an instant classic. I saw the movie on a Friday morning, in a packed but still quiet theater, and when Silvestri’s ‘Portals’ music began, the joy in that theater was palpable. I saw a lot of strangers crying during that scene.
To me that was the absolute perfect film embodiment of a two page splash panel right at the climax of a comic.
Not gonna lie, I was teary eyed from the Portals scene on. Wakanda Forever is probably the best possible title they could’ve given that movie given the circumstances. “The Marvels” with Captain Marvel’s font, Spectrum’s logo, and Ms. Marvels’ “S” is fantastic. And of course “4.”
No mention of Blade still, despite announcing Mahershala Ali would play him a few years ago. I wonder if he’s going to pop up in something unexpectedly in the next couple of years, or if they’re just casting that far ahead (Not like Marvel doesn’t plan ahead, right?).
The whole Portals scene from Endgame will basically always be a cheap pop for me that brings tears to my eyes every time for the rest of my life.
