I knew about Ma-tsu-da from a Mazda dinner at Irvine when a Matsuda family member spoke. What's funny is I just taught my daughter how to pronounce it and it's origins this past Monday driving her home from school. "Just say Ma-tsu-da really fast and it'll sound like Mazda." :)
