I would pay $22k for a Fit Si with 180ish hp and an lsd (and a sunroof please)

That’s $5k more for a much uglier car
It’s not a 1969 Mustang Mach 1 or something where anyone would care about matching numbers. Good lord. Grab the transmission, slave cylinder, pedals, etc and send this thing to the junkyard.
Exactly! None of the NSX options are go faster parts, (save for trofeo R and ceramic brakes) where as good luck option your R8 V10 Plus to Bellow $200k
This says it best.
I scrolled down to vote CP as soon as I saw
Not Selling eXceptionally
Athough this was an egregious hit and was rightly flagged, it was NOT a late hit. Because as we all know, in the NFL when a runner goes down on their own without being touched, they can get back up.
It wasn’t late, the receiver hadn’t been touched down. He was in the process of standing up so a tackle is appropriate. Leading with the head was not. I thought the receiver was going to get up enough for the tackle to hit his torso while watching it in real-time but it was definitely a penalty. Clearly the league…
Too bad we never got that race-proven, front-engined V10 monster.
You’re correct, it’s a bad headline. There was nothing late about the hit, it was just an egregiously dirty one.
Egregious helmet to helmet on a defenseless player totally deserving an unnecessary roughness flag and ejection? Yes.
Sorry I’m confused, how is this a late hit? I mean it’s a dirty hit, but no one touched the receiver down. Unless he called himself down, I don’t see how this play was over until Burfict touched him.
Stop making excuses for the new failure of an NSX. It is nothing like the old one, entirely the opposite car philosophy actually. And yes, that is what the car was about - experimental and new tech etc. But NOBODY will be wanting one of these things, new, or in 20 years from now.
To clarify, Hesketh started in F3... and Hunt wasn’t even their driver. But yes, once Hunt was part of the team they did end up focusing their efforts on him.
I knew someone in high school who’s dad had one. That was close to 2 decades ago. I cant say I’ve seen one since.
