Car people make fun of other cars, that’s what they do. RX-8, check your apex seals. Porsche, nice beetle. Subaru, we get it you vape. Ferrari, that’s gonna catch on fire. Lotus, nice Camry. Mustang, don’t run me over leaving C&C. I could go on all day. If it bothers you, go buy something so boring nobody cares about

Good car with the wrong transmission.

    This was the problem.

There are still pure sports car people out there, but those people dont want a flappy paddle set up on a 4 banger.

So let me get this straight, Nissan never sold the best drivers car they ever made to the US, then replaced it with an over priced, over weight, numb, automatic only, soulless driving simulator and that’s somehow our fault. They had the chance to buy more of these new, we didn’t.

Traveling with large suitcases on the subway is less than ideal.  The bus stores them underneath.

If calling a wagon a crossover is what we need to do to get more wagons made, i’m all for it.

Back in ‘99, my first car, a ‘91 Volvo 240s with a tape deck, I had the tape adapter connected to my sony discman, but fed the wire through the dash to the discman in the glovebox to keep everything clean.  Was especially proud of this.

I’m guessing the previous owner spent the $40k and the current owner cheaped out on the cap damage.

I agree about the panther. It’s a cheap car for someone who likes to work on cars. The honda’s maintenance requirements are take it to jiffy lube when the sticker says to.

The GTIs and TDIs are usually in the same price range, you want to pay for fuel economy or fun?  I’d go for fun.

Nah. Get a GTI for that price.

C7 manual.  And this is coming from someone who has never owned an american car.

Early C7s should slide into the low 30s. And if you cant swing that then look at a C6, those should be in the low 20s. And if you cant swing that, rough C5s are in the low 10s. And lets not even talk about the C4s.

The DSG is never the answer.

It’s really just the back, everything about it is wrong, too many weird angles, the belt line is too high, the lights are a mess, and the worst part, the giant fake vents.

With the 500 Abarth and Fiesta ST dead, this is the car we need.

It’s a good thing that car is brilliant to drive, because it rivals the Aztek in the looks department.

    It’s a luke warm hatch.

We dont need the Fit. We need the Fit Si. That’s right. The Fiesta ST and the Abarth 500 are dead, two of the most fun cars on the road. What could replace it? No, what could be better? A fit with a turbo and a fantastic Honda manual gearbox. Bring that on, cowards.
