Those are pretty similar wheels, I’ll give it to the Supra because those arn’t chrome, and styling should matter more on a sports car than a utilitarian off roader.
The chrome is a big factor, I don’t like it on anything made after the mid 70s.

There are lots of humans able to do something, and none of them are Vettel. The drivers are basically just robots behind the wheel of the car. Ferrari’s mechanics, development team and well the race organizers that are keeping the current rules package in place all could do something before Vettel.
But then in a round about way Mercedes would be admitting they were wrong for not offering it (which they were). Not easy for the prideful Germans.
