It is seriously the most fun you can have in a car under 60 mph. Plenty of cars are much more fun at higher speeds, but you really need a track to do that safely or legally. So as a ripping around town car there isn’t anything I’d want to replace it with.

What the tire is capable of and what the tire companies lawyers are capable of signing off on are a bit different.
