The type 62 used a Type 904, basically a Vauxhall slant 4 with a Lotus twin cam head. The Twin Cam started as a Ford engine.

The C30 is a Focus with a Volvo drivetrain ;) .  Not that that is too much better...

It’s insane how you can be driving through the suburbs in SE Michigan and it just turns to dirt. Not in a rural area, but actual suburbs with people living there.
