nope, prequels were better.

They knew they were making 3. They don't appear to have a plan and nothing forced them to release on time after all those problems. They could have delayed to memorial day or even a full year. People would have griped and gossiped, but they do that either way.
I know it’s derivative, but I enjoyed ‘The Force Awakens’, and I’m one of those people who liked ‘The Last Jedi’ a whole lot. But ‘The Rise of Skywalker’ will go down as one of the all-time cinematic bed-shittings in history.
Yeesh, what a fucking mess this whole trilogy has been. Now let us never speak of it again
You say that like it’s a bad thing.
Given the mess the sequels are, there is no ten year plan. It's just control freak behaviour.
Meanwhile, the Hague recently requested that Netflix remove 6 Underground from its catalog after designating the film a war crime.
Exactly. I’m 7'1" & have owned Celicas, Jettas, Passats, a Thunderbird SC, a Focus, Crown Vics, a Saab 9-3 convertible & a Jaguar XJR. You’ll note there isn’t a single SUV on that list & I fit in them all just fine. Of course, I also have a sub 40 inch waist measurement too. People who claim they “need” an SUV because…
My kid brother is 6ft6 320 lbs and fits in a Toyota Echo. With his friends. My father is 6ft1 290 and dailys a Volvo 240 comfortably. There are these things called mid size and full size cars.
Being over Six foot myself, I can tell you it’s not your vertical dimension that is the problem...
I'm just under 6', and on the wife's Chevy Sonic there's probably 4-5" or more between the tip of my head and the roof of the car.
How much over 6’ are you all? Because I’m just under and I found the first generation Fit plenty roomy in all locations. Not my first choice for a five person road trip, but for day-to-day driving? Would have been fine.
One of my friends is 6'5 and 225 and he fits fine in his 3 series and his Tesla model s. I dont believe you in other words.
To be entirely fair, it’s not like Chinatown argues that this is a good and happy thing.
I’m still disappointed that a film called Chinatown set in 1974 has an all-white cast while the Asian actors like James Hong are relegated to Butler, Maid, and Gardener roles. As a result, Chinatown always gets lumped in with 1970s Kung Fu titles in pirated video stores here in Asia.
As the old saying goes, “A helicopter is a machine that happens to fly while fighting to tear itself apart.” But, in the incident you linked, pilot error may well have caused the crash. There has been a suggestion that in the current incident there was only one crew member. The Sikorsky S-76's specs are for two crew…
Ive been told to never willingly take a helicopter ride, unless absolutely necessary. This advice has been confirmed time and time again. KOBE!
The point is “RoS was the absolute worst SW movie ever and it’s possible that we could have got something half-way decent if, ironically, we stuck with our choice of hiring a director with a terrible track record.”
Between how well he kicked off the MCU and what great work he did in universe with The Mandalorian, I’d love to have seen Jon Favreau’s take on the final trilogy. Solo, too.
The greatest failure by Disney was that they committed to the sequel trilogy with no overarching plot written by one writer/writers from the outset and hired directors with completely different tastes, styles, and willingness to kneel before Zod Disney leaving what can only be described as a mess as they panicked and…
