Yes, but this has a lot of flaws. It’s already can’t haul much/tow anything, it may be quick but it is not really an enthusiast car, it’s not a convertible. I know these aren’t things it’s designed to be but in a multiple car garage what spot does this fill? Sort of a big quiet GT car where range would be important.

Didn’t realize Kia stopped making the Soul.

A trade war with your most important trading partner hurts your economy across the board. When the economy is down and people are making less and/or there is uncertainty for the future of earnings potential people are going to buy less stuff.

Toyota building a new Supra.

A friend in high school had a Saturn with pop up headlights. When he went over 50mph the airflow over the car would make the right headlight flap up and down creating a sort of strobe effect. Quality engineering there. Good times.

In fairness Mitsubishi ruined that name while the Eclipse was still a car though, through several generations.

I’m not into bro trucks or American muscle cars. Why do I like this so much?

I had the same issue having been a primarily manual driver in modulating my left foot braking. I found it helpful to practice in an automatic and because the brake pedal is so wide actually using both feet. Sort of letting my right foot ‘lead’ at first so I could get the feeling in my left foot. At least for me it

This is what the Nismo version should be.

A Genesis... shudder.

Counterpoint: don’t have kids at all. Then you can be debt free and have all the cars you want - it’s awesome.

This thing, especially the front end, looks like something from the company that brought us the Polaris Slingshot. Definitely not a compliment.

Wow, if you can make the numbers on a Cayman look that bleak I’d hate for you to run them on my car. At the end of the day though, at least for me, it’s about how it makes you feel and these CUV things would just depress me to no end. Who cares what it costs? Life’s too short to drive boring cars, or even hot versions

That’s why I drive everywhere at less than 10 mph. Sometimes if I see other cars I just stop in the middle of the road and wait till I feel comfortable to drive again - just to be safe.

I don’t mean to be argumentative but this is just not correct. A simple example is ABS brakes. You can have the exact same reaction time but ABS significantly changes your stopping distance. Things like stability control, better tire compounds, etc. all prove this. Blindly saying that a law makes sense simply because

Or maybe we could punish people for things that actually cause accidents, like texting while driving. Under your proposal I’d have to be in ‘time out’ for over two hours for doing 65 in a 55, which on a wide open highway in the car I drive is about as safe as it gets. Enforcement is a key thing but getting laws that

Nope, we just need to make a world that fits us. I’m looking at you airlines!

Your comment of ‘imagine the SUV you can buy’ for the money gave me a cold shudder. In my opinion spend the money on something fun and with passion. The thing you use to haul kids/groceries/etc. just get some cheap point A to B - or better yet skip those things and buy two sports cars.

Well, yeah, that’s just like your opinion man.

I’m no SUV/CUV fan generally but I find the Bentyaga and Urus especially objectionable. As much as the Cullinan is a rolling nightmare at least it went bold and feels like it’s own thing, not just another Q7. If I were in the market for such a thing it would go Range > Cullinan > GLE Coupe.
