Turn on the Silver Shroud Radio. I think that triggers the quest.

Since you already have it you just skip that portion of the quest line.

It’s not an indefinite list. I have a guy who changes names at the drop of a hat and I can only see the names he’s used in the last year or so. Another guy I know changes less frequently but his list also only shows back to October 2014.
