The blades of death thing is a thing, but the flopping around like a fish in the floor of the rowboat is pretty unsettling. Code Brown for all parties, I should think.

Ooooh, hurt. Being White, naturally, I did not think of that. But I’m certain you are correct.

All good, but if you want to actually make a difference, train your energy on the liberal leadership. Train it on Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer and Debbie Waserman Schulz. Ask them why they trotted out the most unelectable candidate for POTUS in American history.

I like this piece, though a few of your word choices — code switches? — threw me off; I could not be sure precisely what was your intended audience.

From China? Like the melamine-tainted baby formula?

I don’t know about any of that, but Sally Field is one of the prettiest women ever to show up on a screen.

“Blackening scab...” What a great line!

My wife (of 27 years) says women frequently look at each other’s boobs.

She’s not a schoolyard tough... Trump is so, so, so middle school.

The first sentence I understand. The second sentence I do not.

My thing is, I’m too middle-of-the-road to make that statement, even though you and I would most likely wind up pulling the same lever in November. I don’t want to close off to anything, though I am indeed grateful to Trump for knocking Ted Cruz out of the race.

Trump, Cruz, Clinton: for my vote, a race from the bottom. Shades of detestable. I loathe Hillary Clinton. The one thing she could do at this point that might redeem her in my eyes would be to ask Elizabeth Warren to be her running mate.

That’s not saying much.

No, nyet, never. Not even. Car’s worth maybe $800 if it runs well and has serviceable tires.

Certainly not. And that’s my point: what’s the point?

I just hit the cutoff last year, and it came as a shock at tax time. But it’s not low. In California, household income limit is somewhere around $112k for a family of five. But to be thorough about it, there is way less, essentially zero choice as to what sort of coverage you can buy.

@Smummy, you touch upon a tangential subject that fascinates me: how much White men resent Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, and so on. Deep, deep resentment. And it’s worth a bunch that you FWIW’d that on Jackson.

Guns are a problems, but too are dumbasses who own them.

Good ol’ CenLA. I was stationed there in the 80s. Acadiana. Backwards-ass place.

That’s an act of defiance. Choosing the axe is an act of participation.
