That is only half true. You can have a crappy espresso with great crema. The only thing the crema does for espresso is look nice and add to its aroma. It tastes horribly bitter, thats why its best if you mix the crema back into the espresso to re-balance the drink.

I disagree. During the day I spend my life at 70F but i find it harder to sleep at that temperature. I drop my house to around 65F at nights and I find I get a much fuller and restful sleep.
