I have a 2011 V6 and it has that type of mat on the driver’s side but not the passenger side, with the circle “grommets” and the plastic snaps on the floor. The passenger mat is always being kicked way up under the dash, it slides pretty easily. Maybe that’s why the driver’s side has the snaps
