If you google “boxster engine placement” it’s mid engined

I would love to see a comparison of stock trucks being jumped with an analysis of damage afterwards. I’m drawing a blank on who would fund that and why :(

So I could spend half the price of a Raptor for an old 300GD, and have a truck that won’t break if I jump it? Good deal.

Awesome, especially on portals. So how does one go about buying what used to be a “concept car”?...

idk about that, I like the early 50’s Dodges better than the other brands... my old truck here

Why isn’t this on Truck Yeah? :)

or design the engines to be non-interference?

Now playing

to support your “considerably less traffic” claim a Belgian study found that if 10% of drivers switched to motorcycles, traffic would be reduced by 40% and if 25% switched, traffic would be eliminated (which I guess means all the cars would be able to travel the speed limit).

Sorry tonered, but I disagree, I run my side mirrors flared outwards as ShillyDevane is explaining to eliminate blind spots. But in bumper to bumper traffic this means I have a nice view of the car behind me (in the rear view mirror) and the cars to either side of that one (in my side mirrors), but not a view straight

“Jeep has no plans to bring a diesel Renegade to the US”... still don’t understand why “everyone’s going nuts”

I would hope if you’re actually going to buy one of these you’d use it more than just one month a year, but that’s probably what happens with most normal RVs.

It only took him 50 hours? Is it just me or does that seem like not that much for how detailed it turns out?

What would you compare the off road capability to? How long will you be living in it? What’s the bathroom/shower situation? MPG in this configuration?

Can the wagon also be diesel please?

Needs a lift

Not just weight, but tire width too, this looks plenty fun and I’m sure doesn’t have much power compared to a modern engine.

Is there a transcript of the sound for those of us with an oppressive work firewall?

Yes, that is the correct way to handle debt. Paying off the higher interest loans first will save you money in the long run. It’s as if you refinanced that portion of the 7% loan to now be 1.5%.

Think of the new paint job like aftermarket parts, you’ll never get that money back when you go to sell the car. Fresh paint will start the buyer on wondering if you might be hiding something. As a seller who’s owned the car for a long time and taken good mechanical care of it, you’ll be able to find a private buyer

One thing I like to see with a high mileage car is an owner that has had it for a long time (2+ years). That tells me that the odds are a lot higher that the owner has been taking care of the car because he/she has wanted the car to last for themselves (people are self interested).
