What's with the two different airboxes? Might we see F1 cars without inlets over the driver?

Also, note the tail rotor is not blurry at all. Even if the main rotor were there and spinning, and the shutter slow enough to miraculously completely lose it in blur, surely the tail rotor would be blurred too.
