I made a comment about THAT particular trait. Much of what has been mentioned on this article talks about boobs. Are there factors which dictated which populations viewed boobs as a more important sexually selected trait and others buttocks as a sexually selected trait? Do you have any suggestions? Thanks

My understanding is that Steatopygia is considered a sexually selected trait in African peoples. I do not know about their feelings regarding boobs. Might the ideas on this page mainly apply to sexual selection for non Africans?
